Oh my word have I neglected this and did I or did I not just see something to make me come back on here?!
Ooh yess.
What an episode that was!
Me and my mate Steve have been talking about this and have come up with various things...
Clara is River Song
Clara is Jenny, the Doctor's Daughter
Clara is The Tardis in some way. After all telling William Hartnell to steal this one is no different to saying choose me!
What a way to end the show with that introduction to John Hurt?!
Theorising on this it is obvious that he is a version of the Doctor between
Paul McGann and Christopher Eccleston
That part of his history he shuns and the reason for the guilt he shows from time to time. That tear in his eye.
I do not think he is The Master with theories of him being split from the Doctor and born in the Time War, though pretty cool thinking I must say. The time lines would be all wrong compared to the old series.
I must admot to my memories not recalling the Valeyard at all but it was all a very long time ago and I never have gotten around to acquiring the old series on DVD, largely due to the greed of a certain corporation that makes far too much money as it is and only rivalled by DISNEY, lol.
Hmm but then saying that I have not looked at the pricing of late and I hear that there will be launches of lots of goodies, DVDs included, on the 23rd of November 2013?!?!
Yes it does look like Professor River Song is bowing out of the show by the way she uttered 'Goodbye Sweetie' instead of the usual 'Hello Sweetie' but this wou,d be all wrong with the time line too...
AS some smart fans have spotted already she refers to David Tennant as being young in Silence in the Library and in another episode jokes while flicking through her book that she cannot keep up with the faces.
So I take that as Alex Kingston bowing out, and I DO hope I am so very bloody wrong on that one but seeing her in Law & Order and her only appearance in this season being THAT ONE, err I think lol, I think she is line for a change of actress.
Much as I am leaning towards Clara being the Tardis it does not add up but then that as the wrong thing to say as I should know that second guessing Steven Moffat is impossible, lol.
So we know that there are definitely three Doctors that star in the upcoming 50th Anniversary film and if any other do appear I think it will be cameos.
I also think that Christopher Eccleston will now now appear as I think that by now there would be, or indeed he would have, photographs with the four of them all in it and there are only ones with Matt Smith, John Hurt and David Tennant...
...right now at any rate, lol.
That was all a bit weird all those meetings with Steve Moffat and Chris Eccleston and then nothing doing?!
Weird and I am particularly interested to see how that pans out.
